Follow along ab workout without talking (until the end). Five minutes of active exercise, ten minutes including all rest times. Beginner to intermediate. Would recommend this workout at least twice a week. Remember, visible abs usually require a relatively low body fat percentage. Since you cannot spot reduce fat you will need to lose fat overall. This is done via a calorie deficit overtime.
