Half of those that died would go to Fólkvangr ruled by the god Freyja. Freyja also has a hall called Sessrúmnir in Fólkvangr set far apart from Valhalla in Asgard. In Valhalla chosen legendary warriors, kings, and warlords wait until Ragnarök (the great war of the apocalypse).
