Lebensessenz - Living Room Concert

There’s an interesting word in Portuguese which describes when you invite friends to your place before an event. We call this “Esquenta“, like a warm up. My friend John, the frontman of the band Land of Souls, was going to play the last Friday and he had an idea to invite the guys of the mighty Torture Squad band to join our “esquenta“ in my place. Old fornitude, candles, some food. That was the way they were welcomed. After the dinner we decided to have a mini piano concert. The members of the band (except by Mayara, who was sorry because couldn’t join our “esquenta“) as well as the invited ones sat down and listened with their hearts. We decided to dedicate those songs to Vinicius Neves. After that we all went to the concert at Capivaras Bar. It was an unforgettable night.
