Full title reads: “WORLD AT YOUR ELBOW“. Jaffa, Palestine. Various shots of the blasted headquarters of the Arab National Committee and several surrounding buildings in the old Arab town of Jaffa. Various shots of the the people clearing debris. This is the latest of attacks on Palestine by Israeli terrorists. Rangoon, Burma. Burma celebrates her independence. Several shots of a car taking Governor, Sir Gilbert Rance, to cruiser “Birmingham“ in which he will travel from Rangoon back to Britain. Governor waves from the ship and people wave from the quayside. The “Birmingham“ moves off from Rangoon harbour. Burmese family, mother father and children in the street. Mother and father wave.
